Donaire is just so physically imposing he has everyone he fights intimidated by his frame-size and speedy explosive power.
The only elite dancing partener he can fight at 122 that will oblige in a firefiight is the winner of Mares-Moreno of Arce if he sticks around.
Donaire might as well go to 126 and fight Salido or Ponce De Leon

He hadn't fought in over a year before this, that's why. Fighters come out of the rankings after a year and go into the all-time, instead of active, rankings, whether they are retired or not.
