All we should judge them on is the quality of their shows, and there isn't really a fag paper between the pair there.

Kind of agree, but we went through a good few years (5?6?) where almost all of franks shows were home fighter v tba, and marquee fighter v X who drops out. I think thats where mr warren gets his bad rep from, years of practice. Im more forgiving to hearn as he hasnt, yet, given me years of dissapointment - some of franks shows, and specifically his wbu "world title challengers" were ten times worse that tonights offerings, kedebe anyone? Tonight, poor, altho 2 of the fights were IBF eliminators, the bantam fought a kid who came to win. Also he hasnt had all bad shows in his first year of single sky supplier. Brook jones, froch bute were great fights. Purdy jones upcoming, allegedly.... Warren, on allegedly, and just before, has upped his game, simply because he had to. We all got fed up.

To be fair to frank he was making so much coin off hatton fighting stiffs defending a bogus world title. And Whod blame him. If you were making, for example, half a million easy money would you risk it?

Re Brook, I've said it before and I'll say it again - until he beats a really top fighter he will always have his critics. He looked really good though the Argie might not have been great.

Felt sorry for Zamora. What a tough man. Reid was actually winning against Anderson until his age betrayed him.

Poor show tonight, Brook was in with a decent puncher but that's all he was. Dunno how he was final eliminator. I am a fan of brook tho, really do think he has the skills to become world champ.

after all the talk from Hearn slagging off FW the two main fights were as one sided as they come. The commentators were really annoying me - how does brook koing someone we have no idea of his level with a jab in 3 show his stamina issues are over and that he is world class. Dont get me wrong im a big brook fan but that fight proved nothing, however impressive the victory. Great fighters dont get sparked with jabs brook would have done the same before the carson fight.

Brook handled the pressure well but you'd have to say that Saldivia looked a step back from Matthew Hatton. No questions answered just quite simply, job done.

The question now is, will Kell have to fight another fight before getting a World Title shot? How many duds can Eddie flog us? Will the next bill be called, 'This Really, Really, Really(we promise) Is It'?

If he does, I hope it's not by choice, i.e. because there's some political rubbish which makes it difficult. He's beaten a couple of supposedly fringe world class chaps and definitely needs to fight someone top six now.

And the BBBoC have the cheek to belittle and interfere with other national boxing federations with pompous questioning of the standard of other federations referees etc. (see Fury-Rogan Irish Title sanctioned by the BBBoC farce and LBF). Nothing will be done about Parris inaptness yet again, which is why I couldnt give a toss if a rival British board set up shop here or started offering competition.
