This yank is useless, Flintoff for his first ever fight isn't that bad. He is doing OK - first round to Flintoff.

He is literally trying to bitch slap the guy. Surely in 8 months of training he should have learned to punch properly.

Can this be classed as a 'Boxing' Match?

Dawson has thrown one punch by mistake and put flint off down, awful. A blatant publicity stunt.

He did allright, his first ever boxing match - he reminded me of Jack Bodell, rushing in
like a whirlwind.

Dawson was awful - how did Flintoff get 39 points when he was down
in the second? He was allright though - wouldn't mind seeing him in against a British heavyweight
if he decides to fight on - and why wouldn't he?

I had Flintoff winning 38-37...odd scoring by the referee.

he won the fight clearly but 39-38 is very odd. hope it is only a one off.

Decent jab, terrible right, completely weird legs. He closed way too fast; could have dominated that if he hadn't kept running in. Impressive recuperative powers; I was sure he was going to get taken out after the knockdown, but by the time the action restarted, he had his senses back. In the interview they showed prefight, he certainly seemed to feel like he wanted more than one fight.

Me too 3 x 10-9s and an 8-10 round makes 38-37.
Roy Jones Jr is a Richard Dawson lookalikey!

I'd like to see him fight Sonny Bill Williamson, who is also dreadful. Sonny Bill is only allowed one fight a year, so Freddie has time to catch up.
