No doubt, but the type of style that Tyson had was a young man's style. He was far past it at 33 (for him). Holy was the better fighter with better accomplishments, but a 22 year old Tyson would have been a handful for a even prime Holy.
That's just speculation. With what happened in reality there is no reasoning to rank Mike ahead of him.
I don't. Said that two posts ago. Just making a point that prime Tyson vs Prime Holy would've been a better fight than the first actual one.

I agree it would have been better, still one-sided with the same result.

Hearns, favorite heavy. Whom I like or hate doesn't sway my rankings. He's just more accomplished. Clear as day.

I wasn't insinuating. But now that you mention it...

We all know that Tommy is your fav of all time and that is a great choice.

For some reason I was considering Sugar Ray Robinson as a welterweight, and Griffith as a middleweight, when it's quite the opposite.
Sorry, nevertheless I agree on Sugar Ray being arguably the best ever at middleweight.

don't agree on Robinson but it's certainly reasonable. Srr was definitely at his best at welter, you had that right.
He was rather thin, altho he had quite a long reach, I believe, but his "low-hands" guard had him exposed to harder middleweight shots: he lost to great middleweights, then took his time to adapt to their style, and came back victorious. Hagler and Monzon would have been a threat to him.
Griffith was also more comfortable as a welterweight, but his strong complexion, and safer style, made him a terrific middleweight: he was in perfect shape against Tiger and Benvenuti, and lost to younger all-timers late in his career.
