Nobody 'won' Klitschko/Ibragimov or Klitschko/Haye. Also, the only two men who posed a little threat and had some defensive nous and Wladimir was scared into being even more defensive and the result was brutal tedium.

No. If Holyfield was being honest, he would have said: I didn't deserve to win. And I'm afraid there were winners in the Klitschko-Ibragimov/Haye fights. Blimey, I'm glad you don't compile the BoxRec records!

Correct. It's his footwork which is vastly underrated. Enables him to fight at the distance most suited to him. And that's why, unless you are a similarly sized athletic boxer or shorter faster aggressive fighter with excellent fundamentals, it's going to be a big ask to defeat him.

You are clearly using stats to try and prove your point. The truth is, America simply have nobody to even be competitive with either Klits or Haye and have not for the past 10 years. It is embarrasing for a country that size with such a rich history. We will never know who would have won mythical matches, its just as easy for me to say Vitali would have won all in one round, not that i would. Steve Cunningham has relied on a Pole and a Brit to publicise his last fight and his next one, and thats in his own country. Its embarrasing.
