same as mate i don't really like this type of fighting but i liked this fight as the two were just left to get on with it and didn't have loads of fellas jumping in and getting involved to me it's the best way to sort out your differences the only bad point in the fight was the end when the fella started shouting and acting up but that could be blamed on the moment (if only more people sorted out there shite like this) but all in all a good old fashioned punch up

It seems to very rarely sort anything out though, at least according to the Joyce's, Quinn McDonaghs, Nevins, O'Donnels and Dohertys. I suppose they would know.

He was a big lad. He didn't do that much and conserved his energy well. One thing with those McGinleys they've got heads made of mahogany. They certainly take a clump well. I'll bet there will be a rematch.

I thought it was a better fight than the OP. hughie was quite skillfull and both have good stamina, especially when you look at their physique. Both were pretty smashed up. Didn't realise they are first cousins, I've heard them threatening to kill each other over the phone (Doherty and McGinley).

The ending was a bit shite though, at least it means there will be another fight between Hughie and McGinleys.

Hey, I never said it wasnt a better fight. Hugie and McGinley fought at an idillic pace for 45 mins where as the video in the OP was fast paced and lasted about 15mins.

Nah mate your wrong , all Doherty did was punch a big man on his arms for 20 minutes an not do any damage ,then run out of steam to wanna foul his way out at then end .
In the Doherty fight there was very few good shots thrown or landed in 55 minutes , this was probably due to both of them being in poor condition etc
Now go compare it to the Smith V Mason fight and you will see Smith dont stop punching /never takes a breath against his opponent that by all account out weighed him by 2 stone...he breaks his mans jaw and knocks three of his teeth out ...the punches he was hitting that man was brutal ,and go take a look at the pace Smith set in that fight ,its un real .

Smith looked to have dropped something beforehand, a lot of top class pro fighters could not have kept up that intensity for such a long period, he was still hyper, bouncing around and talking 19 to the dozen after the fight had finished.
