Fury is cut out to be the Villain in this fight.

I can well imagine that come fight time it will be VERY pro Haye.

I don't think Haye's actually that big a ticket seller on his own, of his 4 European title fights, 2 were at the York Hall and the other two were in leisure centres.

I think there will be more travellers than Haye fans, there will be plenty of bare knuckle action around Manchester that night too. I'm hoping to go but to be honest I'm a little arse twitchy about the whole event as theres gonna be trouble and thats for sure. There will be cops all over the damn place.

Even in the arena I will be supporting whoever im say ammonst, if thats a block of gypsies so be it ill be supporting Fury, if im with a block of Haye fans ill be supporting Haye. After the event ill be getting a cab back to my hotel as im not fornicating about in Manchester getting lost down a alley with my Nicholas Deakins on.

Im going to try to get a premier inn outside Manc, maybe 5 miles to the north.

It's not going to be any worse than any other big fight night regarding trouble.

Haye-Chisora at Upton Park had more potential for trouble IMO, given the area, Haye being Millwall and having Millwall support etc

Travellers aren't nazi's lads! Calm down :TU: Nothing to be afraid of. Try having a drink with them if you encounter some on fight night, might change your perception of them.

Wharton-Benn had no bother. Similar participants. Henry wasn't a trash talker though.

Im not really affraid of them as such, only come across them a few times, when theyve come into my back garden and tried to steal my aluminium ladders. But my lad works in peterborough (bretton) and comes across them on a regular basis and most want to take whats not theirs and when he tries to stop them they give him some thing to think about, which isnt pleasent.

Everything I've read about this refers to Hayemaker Promotions and Hennessy Promotions. Are Matchroom associated in anyway with this event?

Well Eddie is remarkably quiet on the subject. Maybe just an agent for Sky to be involved.

You will be in as much danger from the white roid head plastic gangsters or the Asian gangs or black g's... I seriously couldn't care less. I have been all over the place, including in the middle of some pretty big kick offs, and never had to throw a punch. If your not a knobhead or unlucky, you will be right. The security in Manchester are crap though!

He has been very quiet. It was only April when Eddie agreed a four-fight promotional deal with David Haye and Hayemaker.

It it all just rumors that the fight will be on SKY Box Office, or has the information been leaked ahead of tomorrows press conference?

Exactly. Haye-Macca was charged and I didn't hear many travellers in the vicinity. Few Millwall and boyos from the valleys more than willing to engage anyone that fancied a tear up! All groups have knobs that play up. Go to a Khan fight and see how some of his Asian "fans" behave for example.

I have worked alongside and come in to contact with travellers quite a lot. Is the same as any group of people. The majority are fine. Just don't be prepared to take any shit from the ones that are a problem.
Bullies are the same no matter what colour or background etc

Neither will get many. It will instantly sell out the venue except Golden Ringside. No undercard fighters will be expected to sell a single one. GetMeIN, Seatwave, StubHub and Viagogo will have thousands listed at vastly inflated prices within 10 minutes!

It won't kick off anywhere near as bad as people reckon. It well sell out to casuals within ours meaning splits of groups all over the place. As always as long as your not a dickhead you'll be fine. Upton Park had the potential to go off but it went relatively trouble free.

He didnt draw a massive crowd to the show in Trafford Park to be honest.
Haye couldn't draw a crowd to see him fight Barrett. Its the fight that sells.
That was 5 years ago. He drew big crowds to John Ruiz after he'd gained mainstream following after the Valuev fight.

He lost a lot though after his pathetic performance against Wlad hence the crap sales for the Charr fight meaning it be cancelled(sorry, hand injury). Haye now needs a good back story(Chisora) or name opponent to sell. He is certainly no Ricky Hatton.

Confirmed as on Sky Box Office.

Is this the end of the Tyson Fury/Channel 5 relationship?

I'll be supporting Fury from the comfort of my living room - I have always cheered on Haye before, but a Fury win is better for the future of the division from a British point of view given Haye's limited future in the game.
