Darnell Boone put him down.

He always does tho.G0mez wrote:Clev looks in great condition for this one.
I do watch the fights. Hence me knowing Sukhotsky wasnt knocked out! George is a fringe world class operator who has lost everytime he has stepped up! Francisco Sierra battered him over 7 rounds and Sierra is no top level operator himself.G0mez wrote:Typo on the KO, i meant a decision.columbo wrote: First off white never knocked out Sukhotsky, it was a UD over 12 and some people think White got a gift decision in that fight. Secondly White was also knocked out in a round by Donovan George who's hardly a world beater.
And Donovan George is a good fighter. You obviously don't watch these fights and form your own opinions on them.
If you did watch White vs George you'd know that the shot that hit him nearly put his head into the front row. I couldn't believe he got up from it.
Donovan George has about 20 odd KO's from 24/25 wins or so. He took everything Adonis had to offer until the last round.
He was put down in the amateurs a few times apparantly.palooka wrote:Has Kovalev been knocked down? Vince Cleverly has mentioned something.

Just because it was on wealth tv doesnt mean i couldnt of watched the fightG0mez wrote:Don't talk guff.columbo wrote: I do watch the fights. Hence me knowing Sukhotsky wasnt knocked out! You said "some people thought White got a gift decision" and no way on earth did he. It was on Wealth TV and he nearly finished Suk in the 12th round. Suk's face was an absolute mess and I remember someone saying "Sukhotsky wont be able to leave the country because he wont look anything like his passport photo".
So if you watched it, you'd have not written that. Your just skimming boxrec records and joining the dots.
120-108, 119-109 and 118-110 were the scores.
Who suggested the fight was a robbery? Did you see it and think that it was a robbery?columbo wrote:Just because it was on wealth tv doesnt mean i couldnt of watched the fightG0mez wrote:Don't talk guff.columbo wrote: I do watch the fights. 120-108, 119-109 and 118-110 were the scores...... you're the one saying "you clearly dont watch the fights to make up your own opinion" then saying Sukhotsky was knocked out and then when I pulled you up on it claiming it was a typo!

I originally chose Kovalev, but now I think think Clev will survive some difficult moments, take over in the later rounds with Kovalev fading, and win a decision in a highly competitive fight.mickey1975 wrote:Necks on the line lads. Me? Clev to win wide on points, big overhand rights pinging off Kovalev's head all night.
Yeah he does, they both look confident. Exciting fight.G0mez wrote:Clev looks in great condition for this one.
