Lifting of shirts is no ma bag.

I see Salido banged him around the ring before finishing him off last night. No disgrace in losing to Salido though. Thought Cruz looked out of his depth in there and his socks were too long.

Not a massive fan of this to be honest. Really looks like Arum is going to try and exploit this lads sexuality for all its worth. Wouldn't be that surprised if he has him decked out like a modern day Adrian Street in future fights. Will draw the usual 'ramming it down your throat' accusations from the usual people. Is the in-your-endo still amusing?

Is Cruz small at the weight or salida a lump?

Salida seemed to literally walk through Cruz & tee off. I expected Cruz to be more slick tbh.

He's more Bantam than Featherweight imo.

It amuses me, it's merely a play on words. I have no reservations about this guy' sexuality, nor the fact that he wants to be open and frank about it, he has a perfect right to, and hopefully it will pave the way for other fighters to do so. It's incredible to me that this is the first world title challenger in history to declare their sexuality whilst still an active fighter.

But look at other sports, where are the well known current gay sportsmen? For boxing to be kind of leading the way on this is pretty surprising. If nothing else he prove an inspiration to sportsmen hiding their sexuality. Just hope Arum doesn't make it into a gimmick.

Yeah the play on words can be funny, but they've kind of been done to death now.

Even if he does make him into a gimmick, it may encourage more gay sports stars to come forward thinking they can make a buck.
