I think Porter vs Thurman would be a good fight. I don't think Thurman has done anything yet to put himself in a league where Porter has to prove he deserves a fight with him. They're both on the same level right now to me at least as far as accomplishment.

It would be a good fight between 2 good, young Welterweights.

LOL at Shumenov KOing anybody with a pulse to say nothing of BHop.

Unless Kell pulls out (wouldnt be surprised) Porter has to fight him within 90 days or relenquish his belt.

Bigger upsets have happened. Hopkins is 49 years old. Get over yourself if you think it can't happen

I doubt a fight between Porter and Brook happens that quickly

I'd bet on Kell pulling out.

Even if he doesn't Porter will kick his ass thoroughly.

Im rooting for Hopkins here. A 49 yr old to be doing what he's doing is freakish as we all know.

I'd be shocked if that was to happen. Now if we are talking Hopkins vs. Stevenson that's another story.

Anything is possible, but I would say chances of Shumenov winning is 1:20

Hopkins is a legend. Shame he doesn't get the Pacquiao/Mayweather Jr. love/coverage

That is pretty funny. The only one I can foresee KO'ing Hopkins at Light Heavyweight is Kovalev, nobody else.

He has to. Porter was supposed to fight him after alexander but was entitled to a voluntary but they were supposed to do it before todays date, etc. Anyway Porter got an extension of the proviso that the fight happens within 90 days.

Absolutely different story. Shumenov wouldn't last more than 4 rounds against Stevenson or Kovalev.

Hopkins sure loves masks. I guess if you had as ugly a mug as he has you would too.

Eh it's whatever. Given that he hasn't knocked out anyone since 2004 "The Executioner" nickname wasn't exactly fitting him these days

Could be nerves that. Just fighting the reputation of Hopkins is probably pretty damn intimidating.

Ditto. Or is it he looks like he has the lack of "Eye of The Tiger"
