Marquez is waiting and baiting Alvarado, throwing in twos and threes when Alvarado comes in jabbing and clubbing with the right. BIG left uppercut and straight right by Marquez. It works, so he keeps repeating the sequence, increasing the speed each time and carving up Alvarado's face. Alvarado gives a defiant head shake and keeps marching in, jabbing and slamming down with the right but chasing phantoms as Marquez steps to his left and squares up to pick off shots and score counter jabs.

Right hand by Alvarado, dodged and countered with a flush right on the gob. Alvarado grazes with a right and once more gets countered with a pinball launcher right from Marquez. BIG COUNTER SHOT BY MARQUEZ DROPS ALVARADO. SAVED BY THE BELL!

Alvarado is staving off Marquez, desperately claiming a piece of the big Tecate logo and pumping combos down. 1-2-3 by Alvarado wrapping around Marquez's firing line, catching him blind, the hook DROPPING MARQUEZ! Quickly up, Marquez fires power combos stepping into the pocket. BIG EXCHANGES! Both landing rights and hooks. They settle down but Marquez catches Alvarado standing up tall with a hard right up top. Alvarado is backing away from the jab, leaning and turning his shoulders, arms lain over his chest. Alvarado is doing a decent job keeping distance and making Marquez miss while trying to find a home for the hook. Marquez gets inside and BLASTS Alvarado with combinations from below!
