10-8 Lemieux

He was losing the round up until that big turnaround toward the end of the round. Guerrero seemed to be hurt from his head bumping Lemieux's side prior to Lemieux jumping all over him and putting him down

Round 1

Lemieux is following Guerrero, pumping his left jab in the air. Guerrero is circling either way, throwing quick right jabs up from a semi-crouch. Lemieux steps in with a straight right on the chest and Guerrero jumps aside, countering with a left. Guerrero down, push. BIG uppercuts on the body from Lemieux. Hooks up top!! Guerrero rocked! Guerrero moves off the ropes and covers up. Hooks on the guard by Lemieux, powerful enough to send Guerrero wavering. Big uppercut on the body lifts Guerrero off his feet and deposits him on the canvas!

10-8 Lemieux

Guerrero down in the 1st. Lemeuix may finish this fight quickly. 10-8

Another 10-8 round for Lemieux. Unlikely you'll see Guerrero survive the 3rd.

Round 2

Lemieux is hitting the body and bringing left hooks up top as Guerrero jumps around him. Right jabs by Guerrero while skirting wide, hugging the ropes. Lemieux hones in on him and pesters Guerrero with his left jab, parrying Guerrero's right with it. Big left hook on the ribs by Lemieux. Guerrero is jabbing up from the hip. BIG left hook by Lemieux. Right hand on the face, between the gloves as Guerrero backs up. Another left hook by Lemieux. Guerrero is hurt and running. Left hook by Lemieux catches Guerrero circles by the ropes, hands down. Lemieux stiff-arms Guerrero onto the mat, ruled a slip. Guerrero ties up. Big hooks by Lemieux. Guerrero sticks a straight left hand on the body. Lemieux is only momentarily slowed. Body shots by Lemieux. Guerrero takes a knee.

Guerrero just doesnt have the chin for this fight.4

Geez. Two 10-8 rounds for David. He needs to cut off the ring a bit better though; make things a bit easier on himself.

Round 3

Lemieux is countering the southpaw 1-2 with his left hook and forcing Guerrero to flee. Lemieux is landing a stiff left jab straight onto the bleeding face of Guerrero. The blood is running into Guerrero's eye, affecting his vision. He takes a knee. BIG hooks on the body from Lemieux. Guerrero is doubled over and knocked into a corner. Lemieux bashes him with both hands. Right hook on the body by Guerrero. BIG UPPERCUT BY LEMIEUX!! GUERRERO IS DOWN HARD!!!!!

Guerrero got a whooping. Good showing by Lemieux.

I'm surprised the referee even counted on that 3rd knockdown. With the way Guerrero was acting and the blood streaming from his face, I would've just called it at that point.

Good win for Lemieux. At least when facing another guy like this who didn't deliver on the potential people once thought he had he shines. Let's see Lemeiux vs Joel Julio

Lemieux-Quillen would be an interesting fight. I'm sure most people will dismiss Lemieux's chances (like some have done for him against Danny Jacobs--LOL) but I think he'd land eventually and I'd like to see how Quillen takes it.

Yeah wouldnt disagree. I quite like Quillen more than most actually but he's gonna eat leather at some point.
