According to ranking it comes down to Caballero vs Kratingdaenggym. And furthermore, I would sanction that fight without hesitation had one of my fighters not been involved.

My dilemma is that if I did sanction it (as I normally would do) it looks like favourtism toward myself and one of my fighters. Yet if I don't, I am negatively discriminating against my fighter - who is ranked 15h (and is in the prime position) and Poonsawat.

So, the only way to resolve this is for Mr Fist will decide...

Well in all fairness. To my memory everytime there has been a IBO or WTF Title vacancy the norm is to fill the Vacancy with the guys nearest to #15 and #16 in the rankings who don't already have the IBO title or whatever.

From there if they turn it down, it goes 1 at a time from 17, 18, 19 and so on.

I don't think it was a case of Crease showing favoritism. Just business as usual.

Indeed, that is the standard procedure that we have been following every week.

Thank you for saying that and for acknowledging the procedure... But as I say, I do see how this looks.

Because of the slight controversy to this situation. Larios and Herrera could always be guaranteed a shot at the winner of the WTF title for whoever wins that bout. Since both camps had their eyes on that title this week as well.

Compromise bitches.

:D :TU:

Now, that's the thinking of a future Commish, if I do say so myself.

Normally, I would withdraw from this sanctioning controversy by handing the fight over to Larios vs Canizales, then make a ruling that the winner MUST defend against Kratingdaenggym next week (as long as Poonawat's Manager still wanted it).

However, this is not an ordinary week, next week the MDT begins and there's no guarantees that these fighters will meet each other in the Group Stage.

So, a repeat - perhaps the best resolution is to let Mr Fist making a decision.

Gilga perhaps we should sign a pact promising that the WBO championship will be part of the MDT....by committing both fighters to enter.

Whaddya say?

You gotta sign up to the Tournament. I'm already in there. There's still some vacant spots, I don't think anybody would object to putting your fighters in instead of CPU opponents.

If more Managed fighters are being included in the MDT, then I would strongly argue that all 32 slots would need to be filled before it can start. Otherwise there are going to be some groups with CPUs and some that aren't.

In the interests of consistency and fairness, either each group have a CPU fighter or there aint none at all.

Luck of the Draw my man. Luck of the Draw.

Just like a Royal Rumble, you can't pick your opponents in the MDT. You just gotta face whatever comes.

Indeed, it may be the luck of the draw, but that does not justify or explain why there should be a disparity in the level of opposition each of us have to face. We should all have a fair crack at it, and no-one should receive any advantages...

I don't think that it is too much to ask.

With Billy Plimmer's victory over Israel Vasquez I think he has rightfully earned a place in the MDT.

I think it would be a good idea to have 6 of the guys (CPU Fighters) who are being considered or are on the bubble to fight it out and see who gets into the Tournament.

Win to Get in!!!!

What do you guys think? Specifically the Commish's and the Creator of the Tournament DetroitHxC.

5 of the spots would already be filled, but there would be 3 openings.

Jorge Arce
Joseph Agbeko
Koki Kameda
Bernard Dunne
Hozumi Hasegawa

....and hell I don't know somebody else. Have 'em fight it out to see who take the remaining 3 spots in the Tournament. :OhYes:
