You can hate anyone you want to hate even though it's ignorant to hate on race or orientation. You have the right to your own opinion, but you don't have a right to your own facts. Of course, gay people cannot change their natural orientation. If you say a gay can become straight, then a straight can become gay. That means you think you could be gay if you wanted to. Why would someone have to lie about being a teacher, I retired from the military 2 years ago and immediately began teaching at a local HS here in my area. You forgot one thing, George isn't black (aka guilty until proven innocent). When Tyson was convicted of rape, basically the entire world had judged him as guilty before it ever went to trial, mind you that no evidence whatsoever was introduced other than the fact that the lying Gold digging Hoochie (Desiree Washington) said Tyson raped her while she was sitting on his face. This is true.I know I have been guilty of assuming one's guilt by watching the news or reading the paper.

George will skate. That much I know. Not so much that he's white and of course that's a pass in itself, but he's politically connected. No way he even attends court for the suit.
I didn't realise Desiree Washington had tried this before.
Although I know Tyson never raped her. At the time there were two other high profile rape cases involving white men which were either dismissed for lack of evidence or ended up in an acquittal. I can't recall the cases, but the newspapers at the time were reporting Mike's conviction was politically motivated. The impression at the time was a rape conviction couldn't be made because of the burden of proof required and if you had money, justice was for sale. The sentiment of the time was rape was permissible and the politicians, law enforcement and the judiciary were complicit.
Tyson was scapegoated to ease those fears.

Everybody wanted the heads of the Duke lacrosse players a few years back. That was a false charge. Mark Chmura was a former NFL player who was quite beloved. He was falsely accused and everyone wanted his head until the charges were proven false. Then you have your fools like War Machine who will almost 100% be found guilty of his domestic abuse crimes.

Public perception of rape is appalling. 40% believe a woman is at least partly to blame if she's drunk, 25% think she's at least partly to blame if she's wearing revealing clothing.
Fraudulent cases of rape claims are between 2-4% - the same as with most other false-claimed crimes.

You're talking as if the media choose only rape to be sensationalist about - they do it with everything - immigrants, crime, Russia, communism, football, ebola, salt in food, second hand smoke.... red-tops (or whatever the US calls shithouse news publications) do anything to sell stories. The fact that they use - and you (not just you, obv) pick up on over anything else - cases of rape to sensationalise, only serves to illustrate the misogynist slant of society and its perverse desire to vicariously see the suffering of women.
