No. Not until all those who are included who used but weren't caught are banned too.

It's a strange one because if you get a ban and see it though and then let back in, you've served your time. Would this not then enable you to be inducted?

On the flip side of the Holy posts, and this is the same for any other fighter, it's conceivable that Holy/other fighters would not necessarily be anyone's favourites if they hadn't taken steroids. Hypothetically speaking they may not have won the great fights no?
Yes when it comes out then we feel cheated etc. but some of us don't care, get better over time with it, think eff it they were all doing it anyway (see Lance).
It then comes out as likeability, for athletics we have Gatlin and for me he doesn't come over as very likeable so he's not for me. Gay on the other hand seems ok to me so I wish him well so it's blatant double standards. I couldn't stand Ben Johnson either but 'that race' was just so great to watch and even after being caught I can still watch the race and love it.

Yes but you cannot penalise someone who has taken and passed regardless of your suspicions. Even Holyfield, we all suspect him but he hasn't been charged. Roy Jones Jnr is always suspected and failed once. So did Toney.
