Those who doubted Barry, eh? Just shows how much pull the McGuigan factor has in boxing and in the career of Frampton.chad wrote:Frampton Vs. Avalos on ITV the following week. Tough luck having Fury Vs. Hammer going head to head with a world title fight on primetime terrestrial TV.

Is he still involved with Flintoff?reggaereggae wrote:This is great news. Remember also there are other free view ITV channels - ITV2 etc. So they don't need to only put the big fights on the main channel.
By the way, apart from Frampton, who does Barry promote? Any names?
Hahahhaha don't knock him! Flintoff is an undefeated heavyweight prospect!Boxerbeetle wrote:Is he still involved with Flintoff?reggaereggae wrote:This is great news. Remember also there are other free view ITV channels - ITV2 etc. So they don't need to only put the big fights on the main channel.

Your totally right. The undercard of Frampton vs Avalos is being shown live on ITV4. Plenty of options for ITV plus money to invest in sport after losing the FA Cup to the BBC and European football to BT.reggaereggae wrote:This is great news. Yes, Eddie repackaged two free streams and sold them back to us for £20 and claimed it was a bargain.Parson Cross wrote:Rhino,

Conrad Cummings, Anthony Cacace, Marco McCullough & Jamie Conlan are all promoted by Barryreggaereggae wrote:

Thanks. Are any of those guys likely to be world class?craigstephen wrote:Conrad Cummings, Anthony Cacace, Marco McCullough & Jamie Conlan are all promoted by Barryreggaereggae wrote:

I personally think that Conlan looks good and Barry raves about Cacace.reggaereggae wrote:Thanks. Are any of those guys likely to be world class?craigstephen wrote:Conrad Cummings, Anthony Cacace, Marco McCullough & Jamie Conlan are all promoted by Barryreggaereggae wrote:

Many are 95/5!bodyactive wrote:Who enjoys hearns 1 sided shows. All the fights are 80/20 not for me
And more competitiveBenelio wrote:Many are 95/5!bodyactive wrote:Who enjoys hearns 1 sided shows. All the fights are 80/20 not for me
And in some cases it would be more entertaining showing 36 minutes of the boxer training on a heavy bag.
It would be more entertaining for sure, most mismatchroom fights go no more than 6 rounds anyway!Benelio wrote:Many are 95/5!bodyactive wrote:Who enjoys hearns 1 sided shows. All the fights are 80/20 not for me

Quite possibly.chad wrote:Just completed a B0xnati0n survey. One of the questions was interesting:
"Would you consider signing up to an alternative broadband supplier if they provided live boxing coverage?"
Wonder if they've got something in the works?
The 'something in the works' should be more shows added to the schedule. I am really surprised they're content with one show a fortnight on average for jan and feb. I know it's been Xmas, and I know March is looking good but it's been a poor start to the year.chad wrote:Just completed a B0xnati0n survey. One of the questions was interesting:

That is the clearest sign they will affiliated with BT Sport yet.chad wrote:Just completed a B0xnati0n survey. One of the questions was interesting:
