Eddie doesn't need the money or to do a q&a like this for the fans. He has a much bigger 'platform' to do this on his own, so why get involved other than to boost his own ego?

He likes the limelight, of that there is no doubt. He's a promoter but more to the point he is a self promoter.

I'm sure Mickey was joking. Why would Hearn suppose, no disrespect, that he's that popular (fotos and meet and greets).... "Come shake my hand and i'll show an interest in you and your kid, no....don't give that to me, did the man on the door not ask you for that?"....... I would think unless you are a fighter who has stumbled upon hard times, that takes some neck to do that
