Also, the fact that Kavanagh was turned into a colander whereas Moore was just(!) shot in the legs seems a bit odd.

They are/were of similar build and same haircut, it was at night and Moore was going back into Daniel Kinahan's house. In the dark, seeing someone that looked similar to Kavanagh, going into his bosses house was probably enough for them to pull the trigger. Second time round I would guess they either used someone that was a better shot, or the same shooter made sure after effing up the first time.

I'm no expert, but surely you've got to be a seriously poor shot to aim for someone's head and get them in the legs. I probably would, but then again I've never been hired to shoot anybody!
