Sadly, David Haye is obviously scared of Briggs.
Haye's not scared of anyone mate. I think you'll find that almost all successful boxers are the same. Haye has proven his metal by stepping in the ring with the #1 fighter in two divisions.

“David Haye is not fighting AJ but there are rumors he might go the same night,” Hearn said. “I think that’s a fight that’s not too far away either but the Klitschko fight is the one that really whets the appetite. I just feel it is the right fight for Anthony Joshua right now. He is committed, his training team is committed, I am committed, and I think Bernd [Boente] and Wladimir are as well.”
Ortiz Haye would be a nice undercard, if Haye doesn't dare Briggs. Somehow I very much doubt Haye dares to fight Ortiz.
Ortiz is fighting Malik Scott on November 12th in Monte Carlo.

That was Andy Ruiz, not Luis Ortiz.
