I read the articles, read the statement by the USADA that cleared Floyd of any wrongdoing. (See the Bleacher report article) I tried my best to educate myself on the topic before calling other people jokes.

Who is this Hauser guy? An expert that has inside information and the one that thinks the USADA is lying? He is a boxing writer, and the accusations are brought forth now to cause distractions for Mayweather, plain and simple. This all happened and came out in May.

I guess until someone proves the USADA is lying, I would tend to believe them. After all they are the agency the Olympics use too, correct? Butterbean, the joke is on you. You are and have been a Pac fanatic/Floyd hater, so like so many others jump to conclusions based on nothing other than one boxing writer's word.

I don't like the sound of this at all. I can see Pacman's angle of wanting to "annul" the original result , by way of a rematch - I bet he doesn't want to annul his purse mind. But why did they only come out 3 weeks after the fight and also - as for these TUEs (Therapeutic Use Exemptions) They sound like complete and utter horse-sh*t to me. Totally embarrassing. I'm not in bad shape, I'm not in Mayweather's shape but I sure as eggs don't need to inject myself with an IV drip to give myself a vitamin and mineral boost. Get outta town Floyd.

Also: this is the reason I entered this thread - I read a quote attributed to Mayweather this week which was reportedly from some social media platform of his. It was he talking about his modes of transport. "When I'm on the ground it's foreign, when I'm in the air it's private." Now, would I be correct in thinking that the American automobile manufacturing industry had its back broken quite some time ago, and that places such as Detroit now provide next to zero by way of employment in this area? Would I be right in believing that the large majority of Floyd's television sales come from American citizens' pockets? And he's boasting about driving non-American cars...........that wouldn't sit well with me if I was American, it doesn't sit well with me in any case.

Honestly who cares what an American drive? Most Americans only care to drive something foreign anyway, they boast about it in their songs, Hollywood flaunts foreign cars in their movies like James Bond, Fast and Furious but you don't see anyone throwing shade on Roger Moore or Vin Diesel for doing so.

It's like this standard only applies to Floyd, everyone is looking for a reason to sh*t on him, that's how it is when you are on top and especially that way when they hate you and want so badly for someone to beat you and since they can't do it in the ring then they try it from every other angle TV, news reporters, newspaper articles, fictitious stories by long time Haters like Hauser and Rafael or anything and everything to try and knock the man off his perch.

If Floyd was to lose to Berto this would be so pleasing to the masses who hate him because they just want to see someone/anyone come along and do what their hero (Manny Pacquiao) was totally incapable, not skilled enough to do.

Y'all keep whining if you want, he'll just keep winning, all of these attacks and fits of rage only help to further bolster his ratings and fill the seats which means money in the bank for him and more foreign cars.

There's a difference between whining and picking up on one of his totally crass comments. And an even bigger difference between that and having a fit of rage  . I certainly don't hate Floyd Mayweather - as far as I'm concerned, if people aren't happy, step through the ropes and beat him. Until then, he can do whatever the heck he wants. If that involves aggression, or simply an alternative to watching paint dry, it's totally his right - unless someone beats him. Never had a problem with that part of it and I don't really understand people that do.
Of course, many people would point to a line of guys that may pose a greater threat to Floyd's unbeaten status than Andre Berto, but that's a different discussion.

I will guarantee you that this is not a "non issue". Look at we learned in one day since this news came out. More and more details will be coming to light and if Floyd thinks that a spectacular knockout will quiet the roar, he's crazy.

Even if we take Floyd at 100% of his word, he's still guilty. But anyone with a brain on their shoulders can see what this is all about BH. This was a flush job, 100%. To have that much pumped into one's body is not for revitalizing or repletion, it's clearly to dilute.

With the money that Floyd earned in that last fight, I'm fairly certain that Congress might give this matter several looks.

Spot on imo. Specialy when the part about when the cash stop flowing.

You would think, right? We all saw the ugly tramps he has hanging around him at all times. He seems to go through ugly girls like he goes though cars so you have to think some of them have info.

Heck, it might end up bein Ellerbe that does it. Remember last year when Floyd publicly spanked him? That relationship is not going to end well when this mess is over. That man has a lot of info.

The USADA haven't actually disputed anything Hauser has said.

Hauser claimed USADA granted Floyd a TUE, even though they had no jurisdiction to grant one. USADA admitted this was the case.

Hauser claimed Mayweather applied for the TUE on 19th May, it was granted the next day and NSAC & TR were notified the following day via letter. USADA coyly admitted this was the case, and this was confirmed by NSAC and TR.

Hauser claimed USADA do not run tests for synthetic Testosterone, even when Mayweathers T-E ratio was abnormally low a "red flag" for synthetic Testosterone. Floyd's T-E ratio readings are in the public domain (released by NSAC). USADA have not confirmed or denied that Floyd was checked for ST, but we know they claim it's too expensive to run the test (even though VADA which costs 10% of what USADA does, always test for ST).

So what exactly are USADA saying Hauser lied about? All I can see from USADA's statement is that they and Floyd had a "verbal" agreement he could use a banned IV before he actually administered it, and only Team Floyd & USADA knew about it.

So their evidence against Hauser amounts to; 'actually we had a secret, verbal agreement, which we can't prove, and oh, he's right, we actually approved something we had no authority to approve'.

As for Floyd, he has a vast legal and medical team, not to mention this fight contract was probably the most detailed, in-depth contract ever produced for a sports event. You telling me floyd didn;t know only NSAC can issue TUE's? C'mon man, floyd thoguht he could get away with this sh!t and got caught red handed.

Scotland is part of the United Kingdom, and the character himself is supposed to be of Scottish descent.

So more accurately the character wouldn't allow it.

So the point of this is that having a foreign car or wanting one isn't exclusive to Mayweather, notice how you only singled out the British man but said nothing of Vin Diesel. They aim this stuff at Americans in the movies and they know that most of America are consumers who want all the material things, singling out Floyd for being just like the rest of us doesn't make anyone else any better than him.
