60% is what they are openly offering, its a negotiating point.
Khan has counter offered with 80%.
Now lets see who concedes the most.
Considering Hearn and Brook are doing most of the begging I would assume it will be closer to Khans 80% than Hearns 60%, and rightly so.
I lean toward a 70%-75% split for Khan making the fight happen, still a huge pay day for Brook...

This is the reality. As Warren used to say, if you believe you will win, you roll the dice and see where it is going to take you. Brook still gets well paid, Hearn gets his Sky Box Office show. What's the point in crying "it's not fair, Khan doesn't deserve it"? If Brook and Hearn really believe they will win, a win over Khan makes him a superstar.
All this bitching about Khan not being worth the money - who cares? If people won't buy the fight, neither will make money as it's on PPV and the tickets won't sell. One thing I am sure of is that Khan is a lot richer than Brook, so not having this fight will hurt Brook more than Khan.
If they believed Morales would be a big seller, I'm sure they would try and entice him out of retirement. But when Brook has spent every interview for the last five years begging Brook to fight him, it's a bit difficult to play hard to get.

I believe Brook has more chance of winning the fight.
Its a gamble taking the smaller purse but you are effectively paying to take Khans name and celebrity.
Also if Khan loses, no doubt he will come back begging for a re-match, then Brook can name his price.

I don't understand the people who are angry at Khan being inactive, its simply his choice.
If Khan had wanted to fight a couple of bums in the mean time then he could have done, he simply didn't want to.

I have no interest in his social media pronouncements per se, I just want to see the man actually fight rather than talking about fighting.

It's not as if he's going to be paid £171 for fighting the likes of Brook; he's going to get a seven figure sum arguably, that's for sure.

Khan can sit at home until he decides what he is worth paying to fight & in the meantime, a smoking hot welterweight division can continue without him.

Im not bowled over by the defences but Gavin was meant to be a keep busy fight only 8 weeks after the Dan mandatory and Bizier is another mandatory,the Chaves fight getting called off then not getting rearranged is poor though

Brooks career has been so frustrating because IMO he can beat any other welter in the world,Bradley and Thurman would be pick 'ems but id still give Kell a great chance,he has the lot,stamina has been an issue a few times and his activity has been slow but technically he's brilliant

The problem for Brook is he needs that title, so he won't drop it.

Nutshell,although i have been thinking recently is this IBF title worth the hassle,Brook already had a slow career so after a great away win over Porter,i thought that was him arriving and he was here now permenently for the big fights from here on in,instead as you said the IBF keep plucking mid level fighters from a red hot division

If the money didn't matter Brook would just give Khan the 80% and the fight would be made.
To me or you a million quid is a million quid, i'd jump at it, its way and beyond the amount I earn.
But as I've said before, Khan is already a seven-figure fighter, with money in the bank so he is negotiating from a different starting point.
You can't hate the man for trying to get what he feels he is worth, everybody in the world should be aiming to do that everytime they wake up in the morning...

How many times has Khan earned a £1m+ purse? I'm sure he's had million dollar purses but pounds are different
