Frig my life.

With what happened in a British ring earlier in the year.

Sad to say I saw the bookies get it horrendously wrong half an hour before the fight so stuck £100 on Kucher by stoppage or DQ.
Congrats fella! What were the odds?
2.75.

anybody know what the odds on Kurcher were tonight win/ko?
The money came for Enzo and he went off a tiny favourite at 4/5, Kucher was a bit over evens. The fight not to last the distance was a best priced 1/2 with ladbrokes.

Using betfair Kucher was about 2.08 to win and 2.54 to.win by stoppage, very odd

Poor enzo. I really wanted a fairytale ending to his career. That's got to be it for him now.

I bottled it a bit as I thought under 9 rounds @ eves was just too good to be true. Was going to stick a ton on it and ended up putting just £30 on.

Hopefully that's it for Enzo now, he's had a great career and I don't think anyone wants to see that happen to him again, can retire with his head held high.

Best odds on the bookies tracked by oddschecker gave 2.75 on Kucher by KO. Bet victor and Boylesports both offering those odds.

Unless he gives it one last go at 175. I think he was better in that division durability wise for some reason but then again he's been knocked out 8 times now.

I'm pretty sure they were saying that about him about eight years ago

He doesn't think he can get down there safely again, had the option of a European title fight down there too. He was only carrying on for another world title shot and I wouldn't like to see that come against Kovalev or Stevenson. It's only 6 KO defeats really given that Braehmer was on a closed eye and the Ovill stoppage was a joke, but they have been brutal and I really don't want to see another one.

I'm still very surprised that moving down to LHW worked out well for him.

I would've said that cutting a bunch of extra weight is one of the worst things that a chinny guy can do, and I expected his LHW campaign to go the way of Chris Byrd's.

Im sure if Enzo got offered a shot at Joshua next week he'd take it.he's never been afraid to step in with punchers, even after Swaby KO'd him early in his career,he's never felt the need to avoid bangers like some fighters, all the guys who've KO'd Maccarinelli have been big punchers

Although TBF everyone at CW can hit, either way Enzo has had no qualms about stepping in :salut:

Looking at his weigh in weights during his career I'm not sure he cut any weight at all for the majority of his fights. He'd often weigh in 195lbs or less. I can't see any benefit in cutting weight that far past the weight limit which suggests to me he wasn't drying himself out at all for those fights.

I thought it was daft moving back up, altho the Jones fight was winnable and probably big money so I would have taken that as a one off. Taking this fight wasn't a good idea at all tho, I know it's easy to say with hindsight. He should have been looking for the big LH fights and taking fights at around 185 to stay active.

Yeah it was quite strange like you say. Most guys go up in weight to try and improve durability. It doesn't normally improve when they go down in weight lol.

Feel for poor Enzo, 3 weeks notice for a european level fight when he was in the last chance saloon. Sad but surely has to retire now.

Kucher vs Ovill is interesting......Ovill almost certainly won't be taken out like that.

Ovill is definitely the fight to make next, W@rren could throw Matty Askin at Kucher aswell.
Enzo will transition into a full time commentator for B0xNati0n and good luck to him...

Horse would probably say 'who has Joshua fought to suggest he can beat Enzo?'
