That's the whole point, all the dumb people think Povetkin is guilty, but in fact he's innocent, Wilder and his team just made a succesful blackmailmediabullshitattempt and now all the dumb people think Povetkin did something wrong.
In the real world Povetkin is 100% clean, like he has allways been. That's why Povetkin will most likely win this lawsuit like I already predicted ages ago, he still didn't get the fight he earned, he's 100% innocent and his name is totally ruined. And when he's 98 year old there will finally be no excuse left to avoid the fight, but then his carreer is over and there's no money to be made left.
F@#k up.

You're a ridiculous IDIOT SaadOffTheDeck.. Povetkin passed ALL his tests and there's NO smoke screen... If the allowable concentration is anything under 1 microgram and Povetkin had 1/14th that amount, or 70 nanograms, he passed easily... Your tests can also vary 70 nanograms because of your hydration level.. There were 170 athletes out of many 1000's taking Meldonium who failed their tests... They said they were traveling or whatever and didn't get the word about Meldonium being banned... Maria Sharapova was one of those stupid athletes who didn't check the banned list. She failed her tests. She is now suspended. Povetkin checked the banned list and stopped taking Meldonium immediately -- so he's fine and passed his tests easily,
WADA, USADA, and other anti-doping agencies and their predecessors have been aware of Meldonium for 30 years... They new about it. They tested it. They knew athletes were taking it. It was fine with them for decades. Now they made a decision to put it one the banned list right out of the blue for January 2016... That's why you have to check the banned list all the time... Roy Jones didn't and was nailed for Ephedrin... He was also nailed for a steroid because he didn't check the ingredient in a nasal spray... An athlete is responsible for what goes in his body -- whether he was deliberately doping or not.

You're responsible for what comes out of your mouth.. Wilder called Povetkin a cowardly drug cheat who was on steroids and had no basis at all to make those comments. Lou Dibella and Dan Rafael are also libel for defamatory comments...and I would love to see them get hammered for millions of dollars in compensation... These guys have pissed Ryabinsky and Povetkin off to no end with their filthy mouths..They're going to go after them to make them pay and apologize... Mayweather paid an out of court settlement and was forced to publicly apologize to Pacquiao... So was Oscar De La Hoya... So was Richard Shaeffer... That was an out-of-court settlement that Mayweather's and Golden Boy's legal teams advised them to make... because a jury would probably have nailed them much harder... I hope Ryabinskey resists an out-of-court settlement and pushes this to a jury trial ... so he can get run these guys to the cleaners.

Povetkin did test posititive.
Nobody beside his owner said what was the level.
But it doesn't matter because 1 microgram was legit level till March 1st, and he tested later.

Wrong, you're the one wasting "FORUM PLACE", Povetkin has never been tested positive, why do you think this lawsuit happens in the first place?
Wada and Vada will soon have no option left but saying Povetkin is 100% innocent.

I don't know WTF is wrong with your brain.. Are you aware that Meldonium takes months to leave the body... and the allowable concentration when they tested Povetkin was anything less than 1 microgram???? And that Povetkin's concentration was a very small fraction of that so he PASSED all his tests??? Can you get your pea brain around that???
Yes I am perfectly aware that Povetkin had minimal amounts of Meldonium in his system. I wanted this fight to come off more than anybody and I was picking Povetkin to knock Wilder the f*ck out. So I was really pissed when this one got cancelled. Still though you don't have a case for defamation when the things they said about you were true.
Hopefully it all works out somehow, and we still get the fight, but the lawsuit isn't going anywhere.
WTF are you talking about???? Dibella and Wilder called Povekin a drug cheat on steroids... They said his hat size changed.. they outright LIED!!! WTF do you think the defamation suit is all about???? They destroyed Povetkin's reputation deliberately and most Americans believe what they hear in the media... so they need to pay a MAJOR COURT ORDERED JURY SETTLEMENT and apologize to Povetkin, Ryabinsky and the public for lying to them.. They actually should get thrown in jail.. I would change the libel laws to throw somebody in prison for 5 years if they defame somebody.

Ryabinsky isn't Povetkin's owner you fruitball... He's his promoter... And he's the only one stating the 70 nanogram level is Povetkin, because Wilder's team, VADA, and the WBC are all in cahoots... They have NO interest in telling the public that Povetkin passed all his PED tests because they're all trying to screw Povetkin and Ryabinsky out of their title opportunity and chance to build up Moscow as a Boxing venue for major fights.

Had VADA had guidelines in place, they couldve dealt with it a lot swifter and the fight wouldve continued. Instead they came across a circumstance that they couldnt handle so everyone waits for them. Fans gets pissed off and Povetkin and Wilder gets pissed off.
VADA banned a substance without no guidelines for. Lets not forget theyre still testing. Its VADA that are having difficulty doing their job.
Somebody pushed WADA to ban meldonium a few months before Olympics without proper research of how much time it takes to clear a body of it, etc.

You can say whatever you want, but Wilder wanted Wada and Vada very badly, while Povetkin wanted a good and proper test from people that knew and understood what they were talking about when it comes to this matter. The WBC somehow, for some odd reasons, listened to Wilder and his team and forced Povetkin so allow Wada/Vada to do their testing. Povetkin agreed to everything without trouble, like he has allways done, now for another some odd reason Wada/Vada screwed up badly and because of that the fight was delayed even more, strange enough exactly like Wilder allways wanted.
If you look back you will even notice that, as soon as Wilder knew Wada/Vada was involved, Wilder suddenly wasn't scared of "the cold" in Russia any more (despite it's colder in his own hometown), like he knew Wada/Vada would screw up beforehand.
And actually, if you know that Povetkin had meldonium in his body in 2015, like everyone knows and Povetkin fully admitted and next to all that can be seen back easely from the tests back then, you could have known that there would still be traces left in 2016.
Actually, Wilder and his team could have very well setted this whole idea up from start till end, knowing all answers beforehand. In that case, it's not that odd any more that Wilder didn't look in shape at all for the Povetkin fight, and that he was more fat as he has ever been, there aren't even training vids of him at all in the past 3 months are there?
In short, you're actually right, Povetkin is the only one who didn't do a single thing wrong in the whole story.
Wilder and his team lied continually, Wada/Vada screwed up badly, the WBC allowed and even pushed all of that to happen and Povetkin just listened and accepted everything that was asked.

The Lawsuits are legit... They're being served right now... Wilder and Dibella will be held to account.
1. VADA NEVER reported that Povetkin FAILED any PED test. They called it an "adverse" result which is totally mealy mouthed BS
2. They never cancelled the fight. They claimed they "postponed" the fight to "investigate further" They were working in cahoots with VADA
3. The WBC suggested a new time frame for the fight but they're allowing Wilder another cherry-pick -- their 4th cherry-picked challenger in a row.
4. The WBC will have egg all over their faces whatever they do... They're trying to jive their way out of this mess they created.

2: Wrong, they postphoned the fight because Vada/Wada screwed up.
3: That's correct, the WBC did quite some things wrong as well.
4: They have stated that before, but as it seems they seem to continue to wait with it as long as they can, till Wada/Vada finally has absolutely no choice left but admitting Povetkin is 100% innocent of everything dumb people and liers accused him of.

It's defamation and exaggeration alright because the substance was legit until beginning 2016, and that Povetkin DID NOT FAIL HIS DRUG TEST, since it was 14 times under the allowable limit.
