According to Haye Briggs only wants the fight on PPV. He said he'd happily fight him on 'Dave' but Briggs doesn't want it as not enough money and no chance they could get a PPV deal. He has said once he wins a title he will fight Briggs on PPV.

The relief from hearing he won't be fighting Briggs to the horror of hearing they want to make it PPV in the future. I seriously would rather see him smash Boomer.

Total guess work but he has to be trying to sort something out with the WBO, whether that is the 4 man tournament (God knows who the forth fighter would be, they aren't going to put Hughie in with him, but Haye v Miller would work) or trying to jump straight in with Parker if Ruiz isn't available until next year. Aj and Wlad have two routes sown up and Haye has burnt his bridges with the WBC

And Briggs only motivation to still be boxing is £££.

Quite possible Haye fights Wlad for the vacant WBA on Wlads already pencilled in German date.

My prediction for this is - Haye vs Browne for vacant WBA world title.

Haye and Oquendo are big pals. Oquendo will have taken some step aside money to push Haye in. Look at the WBA rankings.

Ortiz has the Interim bauble and is currently fighting Scott.

Klitchsko vs Joshua for the Super title (the winner will be a "proper" super champion going by WBA rules).

Ustinov had two fights with Ortiz not go through.

Haye is ranked right behind Browne, the only obstacle for this not being for the WBA title is Ustinov and Oquendo.... we might see Ustinov slip the rankings due to his negotiation breakdown with Ortiz and Oquendo probably has taken step aside money.

Sorry but that's bollocks. Money is the main motivating factor for him at this point.

I'm hoping it's Mike Hookem, but as another poster quite rightly reminded me, Hookem would be too dangerous for Haye, because he might actually hit David back!

If Uncle Nigel won't allow Hookem to indulge in anymore punchups, I'd like to see Haye fight someone that isn't clinically dead!
