The 3rd pick procedure will be a Recruitment Windows which will open at a determined time.

There is no draft order, there will be no structured sequence. After the window opens, whoever names and available fighter first gets him as their 3rd man.

And any PM'S to the Commish's will be disregarded.

But don't worry, I thread will be created for this.
