Worse. Much worse.
I'd fancy Price to comfortably beat Harrison.
Him getting a title shots after his last 3 fights is an absolute embarrassment. I don't think a proposed fight has ever disgusted me this much.
Umm yeah, I'm not going to disagree with that stance. How much is this a product of circumstances though?

It's not a product of circumstances. There's at least 7 more worthy people they can still get.

If you look at the IBF rankings and take out Parker (WBO), Pulev (doesn't want it), Ruiz (WBO), Glazkov (injured), Martin (obviously...) there really isn't that much quality.

Price is just making noise. Just like how Bellew said he sparked Haye in the amateurs. If this is the case, Briggs would have a good case to fight anyone.. He knows he won't be a mandatory in ages, so it's best for Price to price himself into a fight

This is my point precisely. And not only is there no quality, many of them are not prepared to take on this fight at short notice. We're 7 weeks away. Unless you have fought recently or been in camp, you won't be ready for a world title fight.

Indeed. But I confidently say Price is the worst fighter in the IBF top 15. Eddie could get someone that isn't in the top 15, as he already mentioned Jennings and Ustinov. Why not fight Duhaupas? He would smash Price in his sleep. He'd cancel that fight with Takam in a heartbeat.
