Gassiev looks like he's throwing a fair amount to me.

I've probably got Gassiev up by 2 or 3.

It's not a total inactivity but it's not a high work output, not as high as it will have to be against the younger lions in the division, mostly singles, very little in terms of combinations

Who could expect it to go 12 and so damn close.

True. Saying that though- I doubt they'd be able to eat some of the body shots and head shots Lebedev has absorbed tonight.

Great fight. I think it's either a draw or Gassiev by a round or two. Ps Lebedev has got some quite bad swelling on his jaw on the right hand side of his face.I think he might have a broken jaw.

Missed a couple rounds, but it seemed like a very close fight to me. Leb looked very weary in the last few, but he was still throwing and landing, and I think Gassiev could've stepped it up more.

If Gassiev loses by a point or two he only has himself to blame.

I'm not sure who won, 114-113 for either fighter or a draw would be a fair score.

I think Lebedev may have edged it by outworking Gassiev and landing far more punches.

Assuming the 6th was a good round for Leb as suggested, I can see 7 rounds for him.

I think that was the fair result. I'm a huge Lebedev fan but Gassiev put on a great show. By the way, wtf are those things on his forehead?! It looks like he's got some contagious disease.

It is far easier to see Gassiev winning 6 rounds (3-5 and 10-12 are pretty clear IMO) than to give 7 to Lebedev. And for that reason, no problem with the decision. People giving Lebedev the 4th flat out don't understand boxing or are so totally biased that they can't even grasp what is in front of their eyes.

I had Gassiev winning by one. For the record, Bellew gets flattened by both.

It is also possible that somebody from Osetia (Gassiev's homeland) offered bigger money. Nationalism is very strong in Caucases.
