Cardoza nicked it for me. He was coming forward more and I think the commentary was pro-Conlan, some of those earlier rounds weren't as clear cut as they were making out.

You could see how disgusted Cardoza was when they read the scores and he realised they'd not given it him, but that is the lot of the Nicaraguan away fighter.

Either way you see it, Conlan is really limited, but always worth a watch for the drama factor.

Said this for a while. The likes of Edwards, Selby, butler a month in Thailand or Japan would do them good. I remember Butler once saying he was sparring Katsidis !!

Yafai has done well without it though.

Only just caught up with this. Wondered what happened to Rawling as he never reappeared after his 'rest' break - Twitter suggests he had food poisoning. Very unfortunate to get the shits on live television.

Enjoyable card anyway.
