Power. It's probably the only thing here, which can't be developed. Either you have it or you don't.
Speed is an obvious set up for power, physics doesn't lie, but still it doesn't obligatory produce huge power. There also are some boxers, who are very fast, but not very hard hitting, like Lomachenko and Byrd, for example.
Timing is also very important and it often helps, when there's a lack of speed and power, but it's a sorta 50/50 thing to rely on.
If you have power, you are a dangerous badass. It's a sport, where you hit and get hit. So, it's very important, when punches can be felt. Power just gotta be used correctly. The bad example of using it is Wilder, the good one is Beterbiev.

Here’s a question..
Which boxer past or present, has/had all three attributes?
My LiL top 10 list of Proverbial 3 Demensional Boxers
------------------------------------------
1.Sugar Ray Robinson
2.Sugar Ray Leonard
3.Terrance Crawford
4.Thomas Hearns
5.Gennedy Golovkin
6.Wladamir Klischko
7.Roberto Duran
8.Salvador Sanchez
9.Julio Cesar Chavez Sr.
10.Manny Pacqiou
Note: Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr didnt quite make the list, because,to me,they seemed more reliant on natural athleticism, especially Jones Jr,wheras, with Tyson it was mostly barreling in with Brute Force, and not so much using alot of Boxing manuevers other than the bobbing movements. They almost made the top 10 list though.

To me the epitome of a great fighter is juan marquez. Timing, speed, defense. Power, combination puncher, counter puncher, ped abuser
That is a pro fighter.
Timing is always important. They are all important and taking a punch is up there too
