For me it is Parker that is over rated.
When the rest of the world was saying "Joseph who?" We in New Zealand had this guy rammed down our necks for 2 years before he came onto the international radar with the Takem fight- which went the distance and was a slightly favourable decision. Takem is still his highest rated opponent. Ruiz came in fat and out of shape for his title fight against Parker, and at the time BoxRec had him outside the top 20.

Some people under rate Wilder because he fights bums. Well look at the maths, out of 37 opponents, a practical motorway underpass of bums, not one has accidentally knocked him out :-P
