What a fight a great call though.... Rosario tried so hard but Chavez just had a bit too much of everything.

DLH vs Reulas.

Hamed vs Robinson

Cotto vs Matinez (okay it was injury based but I don't think anyone expected a pro like Martinez to be that finished).

Mosley vs Margarito

Wasn’t De La Hoya a shell that night, undone by weight or something. He barely threw a punch and it was his last fight....I think.
Although Pacman did look bull strong. He couldn’t miss.
If i remember right DLH chose Pacman cause someone else pulled out, think it was mayweather (retired),and then it was highlighted that dlh couldnt be a certain weight on fight night so he came in at 145lb i think,to prove a point to ppl saying he couldn't make weight but as seen it back fired as he didnt even have the energy to throw basic punches

Could be being a bit harsh on Lacy - might be he was never the same again mentally and physically after that.

Haha. I wondered when somebody would say Hamed - Robinson
Tbf, Robinson had racked up wins, and Hamed played with him. So yes.

I was a huge fan of Steve back in the day and he was on a fantastic run, but I'm not sure he was ever a 'top level fighter' tbh.

Beat me to it. Jones was untouchable in his prime.

Jones-Hopkins as well, although Hopkins wasn't really at his best at that point.
I was reading about this fight the other day, it said going into the fight Toney was p4p No2 and Jones Jr No3

Who would've been number 1 then? It was in 1994 I was thinking Whitaker but that's just a stab in the dark

Dunno if this one has been mentioned but Hopkins put Trinidad in his place I thought. And Pavlik while we're on the subject.
