And Hammer above Klitschko, wow, what a list.
Has Wach even fought since then?

He won against Erkan Teper, who himself won in a very ugly fight against Duhaupas, showed a hell of a lot better performance against Derric Rossy as Stiverne did.

Basically, based on their fights together:
Povetkin
Wach
Teper
Duhaupas
Stiverne
Derric Rossy

But I'd have to say with that, that Teper wasn't really winning against Duhaupas, he was just clinching from start till end in a very very ugly fight where he realised Duhaupas was better while he expected to be better himself and on top of that received a drugsban somewhere in his carreer, not sure if before or after. I'd also have to say that Rossy knocked Stiverne down and in all I've seen from that fight Rossy seemed much better.

I guess they have ranked Hammer very very high for some odd reason, then Teper had a split decision lose against him which gave Teper a high rank as well, then Wach won against Teper, and so received a higher rank then Teper, while Povetkin was banned thanks to all the "mistakes", (read: failed attempts to get rid of Povetkin) the Americans did.
