i've seen Wierzbicki and Kosela both on amateurs, seen Kosela too at pros, i don't know much about Mazurek as he is a Pole that lives whole his life in the USA so i had no possibility to see him life (only some videos) but i believe he's got a better potential than Kosela that never impressed me - he is tall and strong but slow and simple fighter. He's got that brutal force but i'm not sure he is able to KO someone decent. Kosela may look better vs poor opposition than Wierzbicki because of his superior strength but if he steps up i can't see it will be fine for him. Wierzbicki is smaller but got a decent workrate and has got a lot busier legs and body, moves like a cruiser (especially if compared to Kosela) can dodge a shot which is something Kosela does not. Wierzbicki was a decent amateur and most of Polish boxing society sees him as the most promising HW and good talent for a Polish standards.

There are some good ones out there for sure. Dubois & Kuzmin stick out the most to me. I have lots of prospect fights in my collection. Teslenko is another. I still have lots of prospects to watch. George Arias & Simon Kean are 2 others I been watching. Gorman, Afonin, Webb are some other names but I still have to catch up watching all the fights I have on them...

On the picture he doesn't look that impressive, and I can't find much about him, but I can't name any boxer out there with 6 KO wins in 70 days.

And who were those wins against? In order to find class you have to actually watch someone fight as well as doing some digging on records. There's much more to boxing than numbers. I don't know anything about you, but I can almost guarantee you that I could get you a 10-0 record and I'm only slightly connect in the industry.

I feel like this thread needs some sort of rule that 29-year-olds whose best opponent had a boxrec rating of 5 should not be classified as prospects. Seriously, Tony Yoka is 25 years old and he debuted against an opponent with a rating of 23. Augustin is going to be 32 years old before he fights an opponent with a rating of 23+. Tom Schwarz is 23 years old and he's already beat 9 opponents with a higher boxrec rating than Augustin's best opponent. Nathan Gorman is only 21, and he's already beat 4 opponents with a higher boxrec rating than Augustin's best opponent. Daniel Dubois is only 19, and he's already beat 2 opponents with a higher boxrec rating than Augustin's best opponent.

Hold on, I'm not saying he's any good, I just wondered if anybody knew him.
I've made very clear who I think are serious prospects and till this point they haven't proved me wrong. On top of that, I very much doubt about many names I read here if they are even remotely good and I do think this bumfighter can beat some of them.
Also note that I can't name any boxer ever who had 6 pro fights in 70 days, that' very odd, especially in heavyweights.

I'm quite convinced now that Mladen Miljas will achieve a boxrec rank 25 before 2018.

Miljas is very crude at the moment. Too crude for his experience. He needs more sparring and more fights. I would fight him much more often like he wants to do... He says he wants to fight a lot more if it were up to him... Fight him like Tyson fought when he turned pro. Fight him every 2 or 3 weeks because he blowing these guys over anyway so why stall around?? And he'll only get better and develop sharper skills the more fights he has. He's got power, speed, and reflexes, but he's crude.

If you're sparring a lot and taking punches in sparring because you're sparring much better opponents then you're fighting -- do you get paid for fighting or sparring? So line up more fights because that's where the money is.. In the gym you need to practice your stance, footwork, and jab for hours and hours.. You don't hit the mitts for 2 or 3 rounds but for 10 rounds.. You spar with everyone you can for as many rounds as you possibly can and take it easy on your sparmates so they'll keep showing up.. Don't beat them up a lot but try to make them miss or try to render their punches ineffective.. The best boxers in the world only want to spar guys who can box well. They won't waste their time with guys who can't handle the work, so the priority is getting your skills up to a high level.

in America Darmani Rock needs better conditioning but has heavy hands.

As does Jermain franklin from what I see so far only on a few youtube clips.

Tom shwartz seems very protected...he may vanish like Michael wallisch

Dubois is being fed nothing atm so its hard to tell?

I don't think there's any comparison between Tom Schwartz and Michael Wallisch. They've fought the same competition, but Schwarz fought it by age 23, and Wallisch fought it by age 30. Any time fighter A and fighter B have accomplished the exact same things, but one is 23 and one is 30, the 23-year-old is going to be way better.

Arias has fought 3 times in 2017 but has been hindered by inconsistent activity. He turned pro in 2014 but had a few long stretches of inactivity.

His upside that his last 2 wins came against undefeated fighters on non-televised East Coast undercards (Showtime, DiBella) so he did get some good exposure. But some are billing him as the "next Tyson" which is clearly unjustified.

Ugonoh has power but he is too fragile and always had conditioning problems in both CW and HW, and I dont think that he takes boxing serious. he lost to Breazeale and no one knows what he plans to do next. it's not the first time that i have doubts that he takes boxing serious, when he was a good and hyped prospect he wasted 6 months to participate in... dancing with the stars. and he said that it is great for his boxing career because he's gonna improve his footwork

he should notice that his dancing partner, small blonde girl, would not try to hit him during dancing and it is not the case in the ring

Btw, Tony Yoka and Nathan Gorman are both scheduled to fight top 100 opponents (based on boxrec rating). Gorman could make boxrec's top 40 before he turns 22. Yoka could make boxrec's top 50 after just 2 professional fights.
