Saunders would not last 6 rounds with Eubank jr if they fought again.
You might be right in saying that BJS hasn't improved since he fought Eubank but to say he wouldn't last 6 rounds it's him now is ridiculous. Saunders would mug him off for 6 rounds the same way he did before

Personally I don't think he would. If they fought again Eubnak would not mess about for 6 rounds, their last fight was close and Eubank looked the fresher of the two at the end, Saunders looked so tired.

Since then I think Eubank has looked so much better, stronger, more stamina and confident, where I think the opposite with Suanders.

I think Eubank would stop him. Nothing against Saunders I wanted him to win last time against jr, but I just don't think he would now.

I don't think Eubank started slow I'm in the view that Saunders is leagues above in term of skill which made Eubank cautious. Saunders is leagues behind in fitness and conditioning which made it a closer fight that it should of been.
Can't argue with you about Eubank looking a lot better since, but I think that's down to the fighters he's been facing. He's yet to deal with a fighter with a good boxing brain since Saunders. Let's see how he does against groves personally I think the fight will go the same way as Saunders and Eubank.
If he dropped back down to middle I think Saunders beats him again. I don't think Eubank has got the power to stop him and Saunders has got the skills to get rounds in the bank

You reckon? He's done abysmal business for a world champion in the UK. He seems to have absolutely no fanbase at all.

Great news!
Lemieux is always exciting to watch, even when he loses.
I became a fan after GGG, how could you not be? The guy has heart.
Something else to look forward to this year.
What a year it has been too!

Been a fan of Saunders since Beijing and of Lemieux from his early days. Two completely different fighting styles & personalities.

I'm definitely leaning towards Lemieux in this fight but if Billy Joe keeps up his new found training regime & is fresh after round six then he could win.

The build up should be fun.

No doubt he’s getting decent payday to travel as the away fighter - but once again FW fails to get high level opponent to the UK for his fighters.

Let’s see who Flanagan gets next.

Lemieux draws 5-10k with ease in Canada & has had fights headlining HBO BAD (or whatever they call it nowadays), & has appeared on HBO PPV in a fight at Madison Square Garden. BJS fights in leisure centres. Also, BJS fights are fuckin' torture to watch & the Canuck fights in a manner that makes you want to stand up & scream.

Not particularly surprising this is on Lemieux's turf, IMO.

I know BJS sells fornicate all but still suprised this isn’t in the UK .....

Can’t see BJS coming back with his belt , think he gets KO’d . Lemuix will put it on him and one of the worst world title runs will come to an end

BJS v Lemieux at the Bell Centre in Montreal will do more than 15,000, and likely sellout for over 20k. Lemieux is still Quebec's and for that matter all of Canada's favorite son of boxing.

Hopefully it will have a strong undercard. This is Lemieux's big chance at redemption all these years after Rubio and Alcine.

It will be huge in Canada, and I would be surprised if BJS's compensation is not potentially seven figures.

lemieux already won ibf title in canada. but yes this helps distance him more from rubio/alcine.

Lemieux goes for it, and should make it fun early on at least. I can see it getting dull down the stretch though as Lemieux runs out of gas, and Saunders just fights intelligently to a decision.

mate bjs runs out of gas just as bad as lemiuex. ppl been saying lemeiux early or saunder will box to a decision, but actually think saunders time is in first half. hes good enough boxer i figure to at least be up 4-2 at halfway. but how does he manage over distance and will judging be home scoring. also whats bjs mentality like in hostile territory. will he lack confidence or crumble easier if it gets tough.

Yes, although he is certainly higher profile in Quebec. This fight would do well in Toronto or Vancouver, but not quite so well. Canadians support their athletes well.
