Given his comments on Women. I'd say he is.
Tyson has done plenty of good things for people & communities that he doesn't do to look good in he public eye , the papers don't report it anyway only the bad .

People say things sometimes that are out of line . We all do it :TU:

Not 'one of the worst'. Just 'up there' with them. Because you 'personally dislike' him.

Indeed.

Yeah, you're talking about someone being one of the biggest pieces of sh1t in boxing- a sport whose history is literally littered with criminals and lowlifes of every kind-because you dislike him personally, and it's me who's getting all out of whack

I have a tendency to be a little over the top with things I don't care for, I admit that.

I have fun with it though, and don't take it as seriously as you guys seem to.

Just think of all my posts concerning Fury like this, and it'll make you laugh.

This is you guys as it pertains to Tyson Fury, and the Dog is me

I'm probably not far off as pro/Fury as he is anti/Fury, I shook Tysons hand and said hello after a fight once, and I saw his first six or so pro fights live, and I'm sentimental like that. Even without that, Batman alone would have made me a fan for life. And that time he tweeted 'anyone want to come running on morecambe beach tomorrow?' and a rookie heavyweight said 'sure, I'd like to' and Tyson had him over there training and sparring. etc. He's my kind of dude.

I'd love to knock back some beers and lines with him. I hate that people on boards are so hypocritical when it comes to athletes being under a constant microscope. We've all laughed at racist jokes, that doesn't put a cross on your yard. I could see Tyson drunk as hell with a smile telling his woman to get in the kitchen and get daddy some dinner with her giggling while he swats her ass.im glad they don't film and record me. Lol

Said before he went to Denmark, got on it with all the lads, Euro's, goes to every amatuer show and gives out trophies without even being asked, spends hours after his booking has ended at every dinner show...

I find him amusing ,, his rants and quotes are just that rants , for publicity , most said tongue in cheek or to get a bit of publicity ,,I think the biggest problem is not Tysons views , but the lack of sence of humor shown by half the bleeding hearts and sensetive little souls who knock him .

Does he have his bad points , sure he does , the constant rambling that no one loves me because i'm a gypo , is boring and idiotic , but given the way he's been brought up , with this sort of rubbish pushed down his throat from his dad and his uncle , he knows no better and really believes it ,

But overall , for a guy who is constantly in the media , constantly getting shit canned , and never had a normal upbringing , just brought up to train , fight and train and fight , he's pretty well grounded

Tearing off its handle and flinging his door open in anger, his gut cascading out ahead of him as he pulls on the groaning car for assistance. He should do a Rocky montage with progressively higher jumps over Dereck's farm gates. Del in the background with the thumbs-up.

Did I just read earlier in the thread, someone say AJ isn’t a ticket seller? :brick:

He’s just sold 75k in Cardiff fighting a journeyman with a garbage undercard.

I’d argue he’s one of the UK’s best ticket sellers of all time.

Whoever said that clearly has an agenda. Dumbest thing I’ve seen since I muted Kalan.

Also I’m sick of seeing people either being pro Joshua or Pro Fury. Maybe we should get behind them both. Both have huge positives in regards to British boxing.

Just because you like one you shouldn’t automatically dislike and root against the other.

I did like both but Fury has become a mess, his fights have become really boring, and I just think he's bad for the sport. I'm not saying the heavyweight champion needs to be a saint; I couldn't care less about that, but it helps if he's entertaining, attracts fans and generally doesn't make the sport look ridiculous.

Mick has a massive agenda against Joshua and seems to rely on word of mouth from his mates down the pub rather than basic facts like PPV buys and ticket sales. If ten lads down the boozer tell you they all prefer Tyson then Tyson is the more popular of the two end of. That's how it works.

I think you've nailed "Blame everyone else" Bingo
- It was just a joke
- It's their fault for being offended
- It's how he was brought up
- It's the media's fault

Maybe, he's a 29 year old man and he should take some responsibility for his words and actions?

No.
So you're threatening to knockout someone you'll probably never meet because of something he said online about a boxer you admire. If you were born in 1975 perhaps you have some growing up to do.

He's a bit of a prat, but his speed and movement in those training vids are actually really good for such a big guy. If he ever truly gets back to fighting shape, a matchup with AJ or Wilder could be huge.

Of course it's a big "if".

Even if Fury fought as defensively as he did against Wlad, AJ or Wilder should be much more aggressive than Wlad and push the action, potentially making it an exciting fight.

Ten lads in a pub? I must go to at least one show a week and everyone is desperate for Tyson to come back.

Your mates and people you hang around with like Fury. That's fine. But in the same way, if you and your mates prefer drinking meths to drinking champagne, it doesn't mean everyone thinks the same way.

Stalking you, eh? Like, actually digging around to find out who you are, hassling you via PM, following your social media? Or just disagreeing with you on a boxing forum? Because there's a slight difference there, when you're talking about lamping someone.

Oh, and having kids and a job doesn't say anything about your emotional maturity. Why do people think that? I'm sure we all know parents and employed people who are complete and utter numpties.

To clarify I've never sent him any messages or anything like that. He came out with some nonsense a while ago and I said something like 'are you drunk?' It was probably his usual 'Tyson is loads more popular than Joshua cos the lads down the gym tell me all the time' routine.

He kicked off and started crying about me taking the piss because he's an alcoholic. I was like 'how the hell am I meant to know' but hey ho. Anyway, it serves to highlight the hypocrisy, namely he's massively defensive about Fury all the time when it comes to saying stuff about gays, women, Jews, anyone ('everyone knows it's just a bit of fun/people shouldn't be so quick to be offended/he's a lovely bloke in real life/it's just the PC brigade getting wound up'), yet when people say nasty things about him he absolutely melts down and starts lobbing daft threats about.
