Hopefully he returns next year, fights a couple of moderate fellas to remember it all and then challenges his former belts.

So both Tyson and Hughie are admitted PED users? Not sure why people are celebrating this?

No, they are still using the "wild boar" excuse.

2018 could be remembered as a brilliant year for heavyweight boxing or a really disappointing one.

Plus Tyson's win over Hammer and Hughie's win over Rudenko are now both no-contests
Fury should be stripped of his win (and lineal champ status) over Klitschko If he is guilty of an offence before the fight.

Fury tweeting that he wants to fight on the BJS undercard, must be wasted celebrating the end of his ban...

They said the test was from the February before the fight & he was clean going into Klitschko.

Maybe UKAD knew they were in poo and this compremise suits all.

I feel errors have been made and possibly mistakes in the whole saga that if came public knowledge it could wreck their reputation. Maybe contamination in samples or even samples going missing. Something has gone wrong but UKAD bollocked the whole case up and rather go further in a legal battle sort of compremise really to save face and possibly bankrupsy.

If his test before win over Hammer is when the offence took place then in theory his ban is from then so the Klitschko fight doesn't happen. It's all only theory but it seems a strange way of dealing with it.

Here is the actual decision.

https://www.ukad.org.uk/assets/uploads/ ... e_Fury.pdf

As I've said all along UKAD are not fit for purpose there needs to be serious investigations into how they operate.

The 16 months delay in charging them for the doping violation still hasn't been explained and that is ultimately why Tyson has been cleared of refusing a drugs test and why the case has ended in a compromise . I expecting him to be banned for the refusal and cleared for the Nandrolone.

People can celebrate about Fury coming back but Tyson and Hughie are now convicted drugs cheats.

If the failed test was before the Hammer fight then arguably the Wlad fight should never have happened! UKAD have definitely fecked up somewhere along the line imo

If I was Wladimir Klitschko I would be getting my legal team to investigate this and possibly sue UKAD for loss of earnings.

Was Fury on PEDs for he Wlad fight ? The case file suggests not because of UKAD test results also Fury will probably have had other drug tests as part of the Klitschko fight contract.

But that is not the point. UKAD knew Fury had a positive test sample from seven months before the Wlad fight. That fight happened when UKAD knew there was an unresolved doping violation.

What started in June 2016 should have started in February 2015. Tyson should have been serving a ban from then, meaning the fight with Wladimir would never have happened.

There nothing to argue about it.

The Wlad fight should not have happened.

Whyte and Ortiz are convicted drug cheats, AJ a convicted drug dealer, even Wilder was caught with drugs in the car. Tyson never knowingly took anything illegal.

@Mickey, you don't know that. Only they and maybe members of their unner circle know that. I hope your assumption is correct.

Ultimately he's accepted a two year ban for PED violations. You can choose to accept this is because he took drugs or he unintentionally failed a drug test after consuming enormous quantities of wild boar.

Hint; accepting one of these makes you look stupid.
