Just read his book. He has a plastering and landscaping business after boxing but disliked both and set upnhis own gym aimed more at people wanting to get fit/stay in shape than for pros

Yeah top book. Woods comes across as very down to earth, no ego in him at all just one of the lads. Defo worth a read.
