I think that these 13 guys could put on a competitive fight with Spence....if they all fought him at the same time.

Shame Spence went down the IBF route. They need to put a credible opponent into the rankings quick.

And what's the reason there's no #1 and #2 contender?

Hasn't anyone ponied up the requisite bribe to the IBF to "earn" mandatory contender status?
