Just watched it. Great fight!
No arguments about either fighter getting the official decision. Genuinely could have gone either way. No idea what fight the 117-111 judge was watching though... Awful card.
Scored it for Estrada 115-114.
Estrada 2, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12
SSR 1, 4, 5, 6, 11
Even 3
1, 3, 7 and 10 were all razor thin though, so bending over backwards for one of them could give 116-112 either way and be just about acceptable. 11 wasn't totally one sided either, although I think SSR just did more.
117-111? No way. Rounds 2, 8, 9 and 12 were very clear Gallo rounds.
A rematch, I think Estrada wins clearly. He started off slowly, I think wary of SSR's power, and also working out range. Once he got into a rhythm, he started bossing the fight. 8, 9 and 12 were probably the most dominant of the fight. The way he was smacking him about in the 12th just shows how good Rungvisai's chin is.
I'd see a rematch starting roughly similar to the 7th onwards in this fight, with either a wide decision or a ref/corner stoppage in favour of Estrada. Rematch for superfly 3 please! The rest can form an orderly queue.

it seemed to me sor lost more steam of the two late and became slower, im not sure that he was really figured out as much as it was an energy thing.he faded more than romanin there first fight i thought too.

I haven't seen it yet, but Estrada always struck me as someone who has his technique against southpaws on-point. looking forward to seeing this one, it was always bound to be a goodo ne IMO given the fighters involved.

imo he looked uncomfortable for much of the fight . seemed like sors strength really put him off . the shots were jarring his body and knocking him out of position a lot and he wasnt committing for much of the figjt. then when sor lost steam and i think strength he came into it more and in the 12th they both traded a lot
still i thought it couldve gone either way

Re: Round-by-Round: SuperFly card - February24, 2018
I don't think he makes weight too easily, so he will have some stamina issues. Estrada definitely judged his range better over the 2nd half of the fight though. He was just far enough away to take some of the sting off SSR's punches, which allowed him to be more active/consistent in his own offence. SSR seemed to be reaching a bit more, and had to resort to bullrushing a bit more than previous rounds.
The 12th was definitely down to SSR being exhausted (shot whatever remained of his load in the 11th) but 7 through 10 I thought Estrada boxed brilliantly (even though 2 were still close).
I think there's unfinished business. I'd definitely rather see a sequel, than SSR vs Arroyo or Nietes (yet).
SSR vs Estrada 2
Gonzalez vs Yafai
Nietes vs Arroyo
Ancajas vs Higa
How about something like that?!
Re: Round-by-Round: SuperFly card - February24, 2018
i think sor slowed and got weaker and sloppier and that made him easier to time and easier to find range on.though estrada does adjust but i certainly didnt get the sense that hed figured out sor in a way that will carey over straight away to the next fight when sor is fresh and allow estrada to dominate
although i only think estrada needs to do just a tiny bit better to win next time anyway, so any minor adjustments could do it

Rungvisai was received as a hero in Thailand and upon his arrival at the airport, his mother, Nurat Wang-ek, was waiting for him with his favorite foods, which included succulent dishes such as grilled rat, fried pigeons and red ants with rice.
