Do you want to give any reasoning then? Because you just saying a thing isn't really very useful. Some reason for why you are saying it, or some example of it happening, would be great. You just saying it, not so much.

He's an older prospect. He is over 30 and doesn't have the time to develop in the pros as a 20 y/o. So he's in need pro experience to get used to the pro game, AND needs to make a move up the rankings while he's relatively young (not old). So his handlers need to get him more fights with less time in between for say, 3 fights in 12 months with the third one being a step up (a really decent journeyman). IF he can perform well through that, a top 15 contender would be next and then up from there, IMHO. His time is short as compared to a 20 - 25 y/o.

Surely a top 15 contender in a year's time corresponds precisely with what Horse took issue with - that he needs to be fighting the likes of Whyte by the time he is 33.

Think of what it took to beat Joyce in a 3+ round fight.
Usyk had to put on a Loma-like performance, with speed, accuracy, movement, defence and fitness just to get a win on points. He didn't even put Brown Lurch down, or even rock him. No way Dillian Whyte is capable of a performance like that.

The division is terrible at the moment so I can actually see Joyce going far but I cant help but feel personally insulted watching him fight. He is so poor in every department that it feels wrong that he is winning fights. Its like Larry olubumiwo all over again. I have a deep feeling of injustice seeing him winning fights at a high level, if that happens. Its like it's against the laws of boxing. Maybe I've just been watching the sport too long but I want nothing more than to see Joyce starched. For boxing's sake. Its an insult to the game we love if he holds a world title
