Askin to appeal messy loss
An obviously unhappy Askin outlined his plans after suffering a fourth career defeat.
“Thank you to all the genuine boxing Fans who have sent me their messages of support,” said Askin.
“There is no place in boxing for wrestling a head-butting.
“I will be logding my complaint with the Board of Control,” he stated.

I feel for Askin but he wasn't entirely blameless, he done his fair share of initiating the holding, just disappointed neither guy could change tactics, Okolie's arms might be too long to fight in the pocket in which case he should be concentrating on using his jab more and legs to keep opponents at bay coz that on Saturday was diabolical

He doesn't have the balance, especially with the right hand. He would need to relearn how to throw it without falling in. He's talking about "learning an inside game" which means he has no clue that he needs to learn how to control and maintain distance.
As for his next fight, I hear Gassiev is looking for an opponent...
