Nah, Masternak won the middle rounds, lost the first and last rounds. And all 3 judges gave him 10, 11 and 12 while all 3 judges gave 5, 6 and 7 to Dorticos making him 7-0 and 2x 6-1 after 7 rounds.

i dont agree, i thought dort got to 7 rounds fairly quickly but then it was closer later on, although i still think the judges were a bit generous to master....dorticos was by far making bigger effects with his punches and even when he slowed he was landing at least as much imo, or close to it

Dorticos is a powerful puncher, but he has no plan B, so I expect him to beat limited Tapia, and lose against Briedis.
I think the fair score yesterday should have been 118-110 or 117-111. Masternak did not win five rounds, definitely.

116-112 ? Maybe, but it would be the maximum for Masternak, 115-113 was too much (for me), and I was not rooting for any fighter yesterday.

I can see someone scoring it 115-113 but i agree that it would be too generous for Master. For me scores from 117-111 to 115-113 are acceptable,.

Anyway, I can not imagine Dorticos defeating Briedis and Gassiev.
Usyk will move up at HW after facing Bellew, so Dorticos is probably #3 CW.

Fight went pretty much like I was expecting. Master put up a good fight but was outclassed by the cuban.
