yes, i still can't believe that he didn't knocked Szpilka out in round 10 (if he threw and uppercut when Szpilka had his head down, Wach would brutally knock him out), or in round 6 when he had Szpilka in the corner. he should try more aggresively, i doubt that he was too tired. Wach called it a robbery, Szpilka says it should be scored 97-92 for him, i think there will be a rematch.TempleSlave wrote: ↑10 Nov 2018, 20:15 Damn. With a chin like this and complete lack of speed Wach should just have just walked forward and throw shitloads of punches.

He belongs to hooligans’ group fights somewhere deep in the woods, not in the boxing ring. He’s got a bit of talent but is getting absolutely nowhere with that brickhead mentality. I’ve heard his coach Gmitruk apparently lost his shït completely when he saw Szpilka’s antics

yeah, i have never seen Gmitruk as angry as after round 6, he was very angry also after round 10.
Szpilka doesn't belongs to hooligan groups anymore. Szpilka comes from Wieliczka, which is a small town near Kraków, and he was a fan of football team called Wisła Kraków. but Wisła Kraków fans that belong to the hooligan group called ''Wisła Sharks'' published some years ago a statement in which they stated that Szpilka must be treated like an enemy, like a fan of Cracovia, and that they will ''hunt'' for him in Kraków (Kraków is the only city in Poland where football hooligans use machetes, knifes etc and generally Sharks are rather a drug dealing gang than football hooligans) - it's because Szpilka had contacts and friends in other groups of fans (including the main rival of Wisła Kraków, Cracovia, Wisła's hooligans group is called ''Wisła Sharks'' while Cracovia's hooligans group is called ''Anty-Wisła'', that says a lot. Wisła fans often call Cracovia fans ''the Jews'' and the other Cracovia band is called ''Jude Gang'') and Szpilka had to make a choice - the Sharks or his friends in other groups. Szpilka choosed to break contacts with the Wisła Sharks. Since then, as far as i know he doesn't show up in Kraków (except when he fought Adamek), and he 2 days ago, when a media training before the Wach-Szpilka fight took place in Kraków, he didn't show up as well.
Those are the Wisła Sharks:
and there are dozens of small, unrelated groups in Krakow like this one

not many probably (if any of them) because they had their football match at the same day in Kraków. also they have a lot of problems with law due to drug dealing, as well as their friends from other team (Ruch Chorzów - Psycho Fans) a lot of their bosses, important persons got convicted, one of the Wisła Sharks bosses got caught in Italy (European arrest warrant) due to drug dealing stuff as well. This guy was famous already back in the 1998 when after the game Wisła Kraków vs AC Parma he threw a knife at Italian player Dino Baggio, the knife landed on Baggio's head.TempleSlave wrote: ↑11 Nov 2018, 07:53Wonder how many of these gentlemen were present in the arena.dagilechia wrote: ↑10 Nov 2018, 20:47TempleSlave wrote: ↑10 Nov 2018, 20:38

His chin was always supsect. The man was dropped hard by Mollo and getting stopped by featherfisted Jennings is also bad.dagilechia wrote: ↑10 Nov 2018, 20:11yeah his chin was better before, vs Jennings his chin was tougher but back then he was already doing this:
Was hardly a surprise for me. After all he had survived 8 rounds vs Wilder without looking too bad before getting KOed so I was pretty sure he could decision much slower and less aggressive Wach. Plus skill wise he’s a class above. Plus he’s got a top class coach with him now.
Was it a free channel?
yes it was on TVP1 which is the biggest public tv channel in Poland, it was also for free on their website. there are two big promotional groups in Poland, one is tied with the public tv TVP (TVP Sport and TVP1, the latter shows only the biggest world's and Polish fights like AJ's fights, Szpilka Wach and Polish fighters at WBSS) and other group is tied with the biggest private tv channel Polsat (Polsat Sport, Polsat Sport Fight, Polsat),
Nothing wrong with that. It's either step up and get splattered, or make for some entertaining fights with other C level fighters.
