Diamante looks like he smells. Those dreads look old and mucky!
Good announcer generally, but I absolutely hate the double surname thing.
He needs to bin it off....... bin it off.

I have a vague memory from years ago of John McDonald (I think) trying to have his own catchphrase, I think it might have been on the Mathew Ellis / Shea Neary shows. His line was something like, 'Let's raise some hell at the sound of the bell.' Truly abominable.

I don't think buffer worth the money. He has probably got the easiest job in boxing just turns up for the main event. Not really a fan of Matchroom after they got rid of Craig Stevens and John Mcdonald who are a small fraction for the price. David Demonte is okay.

Still does in Brooklyn. He looks like the kinda guy who would own a Cigar Lounge.

I know that you shouldn't laugh at the elderly, but that is a bad one.

its like he's taken over Merchant's role as the decrepit old drunk who's hanging around HBO about 5 years after he became a near-permanent embarassment

A friend of mine does it. He’s just quit a very good job to go full time. He’s doing the snooker on ITV 4 all week.
Ah yeah, I know who you mean.
You mean the tournament we've just had in Coventry, yeah?
I can't recall his name off the top of my head, but I know who you mean.

To be fair he was only saying that because Sky Sports or BN or someone ran a competition to come up with a catchphrase that would get used at fights for a certain period of time.
Paul Reeeeeeaaaaoooooowwww was his own work.

That was it. They put his name up before each match.
One time ITV4 had a guy called Brett Hollywood. Apparently he did some boxing announcing, or maybe cage fighting or even pro-wrestling. He announced it as such. He was brilliantly over the top for snooker.
