Ortiz scores a mid round knockout victory over Gonzalez.
That finishes up the first rounds. Next, the first Quarter final match Eder Jofre vs Ruben Olivares.

oogiebe, Olivares.
Jofre was great, but prime Olivares was special.

Not me. As much as I love Olivares and rate him I think Jofre is quite comfortably better.

Jofre: 72 wins, 50 KOs, only two loses, both to Fighting Harada, never been stopped.
Ruben Olivares: too many loses to be at the top; stopped by Danny 'Little Red' Lopez, plus others; been stopped by fighters who are far less than Jofre

George Dixon has the big size advantage so I'll go with him though on a pound for pound head-to-head I'd pick Wilde.
Chrisjs, Dixon straight up or Wilde if it's head-to-head p4p.

APerno: Wilde (Dixon has too many loses. Dixon knew how to lose 68-30-57, Wide didn't, 132-3-1 [two of which came at the very end of his career]. Once a fighter acclimates himself to losing he becomes easier to beat.)
