He gave it a go, that's for sure. But what does this do for Takam? Mandatory Silver Lining JR. HW Rice Krispies belt?

Takam will get plenty of UK work in the next few years - Gorman, Triple D, Joe Joyce, Hughie will all work in their different ways.

I was wondering that. Why have they got Takam on the show? Are they lining him up for Dillian next if the AJ fight doesn't come off?

Jamamb hit it right...first HW fight for Usyk. It's near perfect. A name that's bigger but shorter for the CW champ. A good test.

I think Chisora should take the win and run in this case. He was taking a steady, hurtful drubbing until one punch turned the fight on its head.

Takam's no cruiserweight. Usyk'll notice the difference, that's for sure.

Heavyweight contender Carlos Takam (36-5-1, 28 KOs) is back with a win, as he scored a sensational stoppage of Senad Gashi (17-2, 17 KOs).

Takam came out pressing the action, taking the fight to Gashi, who was on the back foot and looking for openings. Takem was settling back once the second round came about, by slowly picking his shots and coming forward.

By the sixth round, the two fighters were battling on the inside and trading punches at close range. Both had their moments, with hard punches getting off.

They were trading big bombs in the seventh. Takam was by far outlanding Gashi with some serious leather.

In the eight, a big right hand sent Gashi down.
Gashi beat the count, with Takam jumping right on him with big punches to score a second knockdown. Once again Gashi got up and Takam went after him with big shots. Gashi was doing his best to fight back, and Takam connected with a big left that sent Gashi down for a third time and the fight was quickly waved off.

What do you call this low-fi stripped out rap that's all the rage now ?
US Grime ?
Whatever you call it - I HATE it. Vile, tuneless, humour-less. :brick:

Ring walks should be Hard Rock or Angry Hip Hop and nothing else - rant over.

He's a wee pecker !
If Edwards can win the first few round from the outside we should have a classic boxer-puncher match up.
Scores please Gentlemen ?

Edwards said he wasn't ready the first time he got a World Title shot, well he damn sure better be ready this time because I think he's facing at even tougher Champion than he faced the first time.

I think Rosales will stop him, but Edwards will give his best.

Rosales more aggressive and hurful, but Edwards with some neat accurate counters.
Difficult, so 10-10

10-10

Pretty tough to score again :witzend:
I'll say Edwards nicked it with a body-shot at the end.

19-20 Wee Pecker.

I'm having difficulty scoring this, their styles are cancelling each other out. Even after 3. 28-28.
