This is something that you could research yourself, but it would be unlikely that a newspaper would devote much, if any, attention to the planned televising of an undercard bout. On the other hand, Los Angeles Channel 5 did televise Jerry Quarry TKO 3 Roy Crear (Olympic Auditorium, Los Angeles: 12-23-1965), which was a main event. Remember, Jerry Quarry won the national Golden Gloves heavyweight championship in 1965, and he quickly became a major attraction at the Olympic. He got lots of press attention, and attendance was robust when he began to win pro bouts. It is not unreasonable to think that more than one of his bouts at the Olympic was televised on Channel 5.

well, the tv listings would probably mention who would be fighting on local TV area that evening.

In the case of Channel 5 in this era, no. I gave you a good lead, regarding the recent documentary on the Olympic.
