He seems alright to me, decent enough guy with his head screwed on, his self confidence if off the scale though, sometimes it can be detrimental

Even though he did one or two controvesial things and things that might get on people's nerves - it seemed MAB was pretty universally liked. Despite the complaining re Junior Jones stoppage loss and the hitting Morales in a press conference - he seemed to be loved.
Golovkin is pretty loved by all.

Jake Matlala always seemed well supported even when boxing over here.

Bit of an odd guy, like his father, but his toughness and fighting spirit in the ring has won me over.Nightmare Roy wrote: ↑12 Feb 2019, 12:36He seems alright to me, decent enough guy with his head screwed on, his self confidence if off the scale though, sometimes it can be detrimental

What I see with Chris Jr is one of those kids whose father is trying to live through them - ok I know Sr had a successful career of his own but it looks similar - I think he's far too influenced by his old man and it's held him back, he's overshadowed by his dads buffoonery and nobody wants to be arsed dealing with them because of all the bullshit.
