I imagine Frank started from the 200th best Heavyweight on Boxrec and worked his way down to find a replacement. The highest ranked Heavyweight willing to take the fight on short notice was 334th in the world. Take a bow Richard Lartey for saving the card.

I have the dread that Dubois is going to be one of these guys who slides up the rankings feasting on knock overs until he is 18-0, ranked as a mandatory, and lining up a title fight.
And why not?
Miller almost did it.

Think people need to be a bit realistic here. AJ fought Jason Gavern in his 11th pro fight - DD’s progress is probably faster than AJ’s (at this stage)

this is what happens when a HW turns pro when he is young, pretty much a can collector till his 20th bout - although Dubois has had some good tests in Kevin Johnson!

Has anyone seen the weigh in?
It looks like they’ve gone ‘sh1t Lartey didn’t get his visa. Oh f UJC it, get some random from the local mall, nobody will know the difference.’

What a sham this is going to be.
Lartey #335
Dubois #47
I feel the lower the opponent a prospect fights, the less he learns from it.
