It is very tasty stir fried / sautéed. Like canned spinach to Popeye.

Last I checked, “foodstuffs” were performance enhancing.SticknMove wrote: ↑21 Jul 2019, 13:35 I hope no one is suggesting that Manny has been taking performance enhancing foodstuffs.

Good postMecnunK wrote: ↑21 Jul 2019, 09:50 Was a good fight. Pac took the first half well but looked to be resting and just doing enough in latter half. Age would do that to you. I expected Thurman to do more and come stronger after a shaky start but Pac managed to keep him off and even hurt him with a body shot later in what was 8th or 9th. Pac took some flush right hands as well in the 2nd half but these were too infrequent from a Thurman standpoint. I don't know much about the in's and out's of drugs and PED's but in this game I wouldn't be surprised if everyone was on it Either way what a legend Pacman is! I hope he retires on this win though because against other young hungry topflight fighters (Spence/Crawford) he wont be able to take half of the fight off.
Proper nutrition is performance enhancing. The best form of nutrition is a proper diet. The body can survive on minimal / less optimum fuel and hydration. That body will not perform at peak.SticknMove wrote: ↑21 Jul 2019, 14:00Last I checked foodstuffs were and are life sustaining.
I guess if u fry and sautee certain foodstuffs they could be performance enhancing.

Good fight report, thanks. I’m on holiday so didn’t get to see the fight and the online papers really don’t give much detail about the action.handsofstone wrote: ↑21 Jul 2019, 08:36 Wasn't a classic but it was closely fought and I thought the right man got the nod, I agreed with the 115-112 cards in Pacquiao's favour, he was the busier guy, his flurries doing enough to bother Thurman and win most rounds, great start from Pacquiao scoring a knockdown in the 1st, nice straight right sending Thurman to the canvas, after that it was a case of Pacquiao getting off his cluster of shots quicker, combinations, not always getting through but it was a lot more than Thurman was doing in the early goings
Thurman started to find his range a bit around the 5th, landing the jab and timing the right cross, finally starting to get to grips of the fight, Pacquiao was still dangerous though and kept bursting into life to keep things in his favour, Thurman the younger man just wasn't busy enough and was outworked for long spells, Pacquiao hurt Thurman with a right to the body in the 9th and not for the first time in his career Thurman had to get on his bike to survive, he has good survival instincts does Thurman but never pressed enough to pressure Pacquiao and maybe score a KD to turn things in his favour
I fancied Thurman strongly in this one but credit to Pacquiao he deserved the W and holds a proper World title again, the lack of VADA testing is a bit suspect though, still Thurman should've worked harder to keep his title
Very true Ricky, PEDs often give you mad footwork and allow you to get into great range to throw shots from all kinds of angles. Pac-Man is an absolute living legend in boxing. In a world where you wouldn’t put your house on any top fighters being ‘clean’, the guy is phenomenal and I struggle to listen to anyone trying to discredit that.
